My first trip to Revive Wellness!

Headed out to Revive Wellness at The Central, was invited to try out their award winning MLD Facial + Massage and a couple of their signature treatments!! Spa day out to pamper myself since the fiancé gotta work!

I've seen nadnut blog about Revive Wellness previously and I've always wanted to try out their MLD treatment because i have a problem with water retention, probably is genetic since my mummy has it too plus i love salty foods and I definitely have constipation problems so lots of toxins swimming around in my body! ):

Revive Wellness is known as the MLD specialist, on my first visit to Revive Wellness, of course i had to try out their MLD Facial + Massage!

It always looks so cheery and inviting with the white + grass theme in their reception area!

Was served a nice cup of tea to calm my nerves and filled out a standard form like medical history and lifestyle habits etc so my consultant can know more about my body before we start the treatment so they would know which parts to focus on more during the treatment too!

Was urshered to the locker area to keep my belongings and went to a cozy room to change into my robe. I looooove their massage beds omg they are heated! Hahahaha i'm obsessed with heated beds during massages or facial because i get cold so easily, feels so..damn.. good!!

Did the MLD massage & facial, I'd say I'm impressed!

To be honest, i love the long stroke massage, really dislike those press press press and really painful type, but this is SO soothing, during the facial i was just snoozing the whole time because after the massage i was just SO relaxed and I'm not usually the type to drift off during my treatments.

MLD (Manual Lymphatic Treatment) Soothing massage with light touches on specific points of the body to promote detox, is really beneficial for me as it helps to reduce water retention (slimming effect and a natural lifting to the skin as the lymph area is stimulated if I'm very hardworking so go for the treatment constantly!), it also helps eliminate the toxins in your system, for people with acne and eczema MLD helps too! It even boost immunity and the best is that it's deeply relaxing so after the session all I wanted to do is go home and drift off to lalaland!

I came back another and tried their underarm Snowflake treatment (permanent hair removal), i have never tried IPL or any sort of permanent hair removal treatments before but i always thought that it was very painful from some of the experience i heard from my friends so i was pretty nervous to try the snowflake treatment, but i was really pleasantly surprised by how painless it is!

No wonder the snowflake treatments are one of the customer favorite in Revive Wellness!
I heard that the snowflake gives longer lasting effects of permanent hair removal, and also getting rid of up to 97% of the unwanted hair.
